Giftlly Return Policy
1. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@giftlly.com. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable Items Custom items and gift cards are non-returnable.
